By accessing or using the Choreon platform, website, or CLI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Choreon provides a deployment and delivery control plane that abstracts cloud infrastructure, enabling developers to build, deploy, and scale applications. Features, availability, and pricing are subject to change.

3. Accounts and Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Choreon to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Distribute malware, spam, or harmful content.
• Attempt to breach our security or interfere with other users.
• Mine cryptocurrency or run other resource-intensive workloads unrelated to application deployment.

5. Payments and Billing

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing displayed at the time of subscription. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law. We may modify pricing with notice.

6. Intellectual Property

Choreon and its branding, code, and content are owned by Choreon Inc. You retain ownership of your applications and data. You grant us a limited license to host and process your data solely to operate the service.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, we will cease providing services and may delete your data after a reasonable retention period. You remain liable for any outstanding charges.

8. Limitation of Liability

Choreon is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
